OnePlus 9 Lite with snapdragon 865 to be the third phone in OnePlus 9 series

According to some sources (probably rumour) OnePlus is planning to launch a OnePlus 9 Lite device along with the OnePlus 9 & 9 Pro in 2021, OnePlus 9 Lite probably wasn’t expected by anyone, but what most of us did expect was a new Nord device in the budget category. The 9 Lite properly fits somewhere between a budget and a flagship category, if this was to be explained in a scale then it sounds more like Good, that’s above Average but below Excellence.

But, it’s better not to underestimate the Snapdragon 865, If OnePlus 9 Lite goes official without emptying pockets then it can compete with most of the overpriced budget phones or high priced budget phones, to be exact. While this rumour left everyone confused OnePlus might just pull out a 9 Lite device out of thin air and announce it by 2021. But, don’t expect the 9 Lite device to be available everywhere.

OnePlus 9 & 9 Pro will probably house a Snapdragon 888 Flagship chip, we aren’t certain of any price but according to some sources and shocking no-one the OnePlus 9 Lite will be cheaper than the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro.

If OnePlus 9 Lite goes official with Snapdragon 865, there are high chances of it to become a popular choice, meanwhile it might also reduce the sale of some other similar devices that probably couldn’t compete with the 9 Lite.
